Using a Simplicity Pattern

Simplicity apron cover Dad will love this new apron for barbecuing in the backyard. The perfect gift for him for Father's Day. It can be quickly and easily made using the Simplicity Pattern from the Sewing for Dummies Collection. Honestly, it has all the markings and symbols of the "For Dummies" books and is for a beginner who NEVER even thought to sew a thing!

Chose a "masculine" fabric such as the camouflage one we made ours from. Dad will love it!!!

MATERIALS:
2 pkgs. Wrights® Double Fold Olive Green Bias Tape (#117-206-590)
1 pkg. Wrights® Double Fold Curry Bias Tape (#117-206-281)
1 pkg. Wrights® Olive Green Quilt Binding (#117-706-590)
1 Simplicity® Sewing for Dummies Apron Pattern (#9565)
Instructions:
  1. Make apron using the Simplicity pattern.
  2. Add Wrights® green bias tape to trim the outer edges.
  3. Add Wrights® curry bias tape to trim the pocket.
  4. Use Wrights® green blanket binding to make the neck strap.
  5. Enjoy!
