Here's a patriotic picture frame card to display those special memories.

MATERIALS:
3/4 yds. Wrights® 1 1/2" Red Grosgrain Ribbon (#219-149-065)
1 pkg. Wrights® White Baby Rick Rack (#117-400-030)
1 pkg. Wrights® Yale Blue Baby Rick Rack (#117-400-078)
1 pkg. Wrights® Scarlet Baby Rick Rack (#117-400-065)
1 pkg. Wrights® White Star Appliqué (#193-2370-001)
1 pkg. Wrights® Waving Flag Appliqué (#193-1187-001)
-- Fabric Glue
-- Scissors
-- 5" x 7" (outside measurement) pre-cut picture frame card.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cut two, 5" pieces of red grosgrain ribbon and glue down the short sides of frame.
  2. Cut two, 9" pieces of red grosgrain ribbon and glue down the long sides of frame. Glue the excess around the back for a more finished look.
  3. Cut 30" each of scarlet, yale blue and white baby rick rack.
  4. Braid rick rack together leaving a 4" tail. (Hint: tape the 3 ends of rick rack together onto work surface; tape down periodically as you go along.)
  5. Dot the length of one side of braided rick rack with glue to hold together.
  6. Starting at top right corner, glue braided rick rack around frame using photo as your guide. (Hint: lay out before you glue; you may want to adjust the length. Cut excess from starting point.)
  7. Glue stars on top of rick rack. Use photo as guide.
  8. Glue flag appliqué over starting point.
  9. Slip your favorite photo into frame.
  10. Enjoy!
