Pirate Hat
MATERIALS:
1 pkg. Wrights® Jumbo Rainbow Rick Rack (#117-404-001)
1 pc. Wrights® Rainbow Double Pleated Trim (#183-1845-001)
1 Feather
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cut felt to 10" x 14"
  2. Fold felt into hat. (Follow illustrations 1 - 4)
  3. Decorate hat with rick rack and trim. (See photo)
  4. Glue feather into side cuff of hat.
  5. Enjoy!

Clown's Hat
MATERIALS:
1 pkg. Wrights® Jumbo Rainbow Rick Rack (#117-404-001)
1 yd. Wrights® Rainbow Box Pleated Trim (#183-1833-001)
1/2 yd. Wrights® Rainbow Double Pleated Trim (#183-1845-001)
4 Pom Poms
Pattern
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Enlarge Pattern "A" to size desired. Cut.
  2. Trace pattern onto felt. Cut.
  3. Bring two straight edges of cone together. Glue one edge and overlap. Let dry.
  4. Decorate hat with rick rack and trims. (See photo)
  5. Glue pom poms to top of cone and between rick rack stripes. (See photo)
  6. Enjoy!

Fairy Princess Hat
MATERIALS:
1 pkg. Wrights® Jumbo Rainbow Rick Rack (#117-404-001)
1/2 yd. Wrights® Rainbow Sheer Butterfly Pleat (#183-1017-030)
1/2 yd. Wrights® Rainbow Ruffled Lace (#183-1083-001)
1 yd. Wrights® 1" Sheer Ribbon (#222-385-051)
1 yd. Wrights® 1" Sheer Ribbon (#222-385-052)
1 yd. Wrights® 1" Sheer Ribbon (#222-385-902)
1 12" x 18" Stiffened Felt or Construction Paper
-- Assorted Jewels and Buttons
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Follow steps 1 - 3 (from Clown's Hat) to form cone.
  2. Decorate hat with jumbo rick rack and trims. (See photo).
  3. Cut tip of cone off, approximately 1" from top.
  4. Line up ribbon and remaining rick rack lengths on top of one another. Fold in half.
  5. Tie a knot at fold. Insert knot into hole on top of cone. (See photo)
  6. Decorate princess hat with jewels.
  7. Enjoy!

The King's Crown
MATERIALS:
2 pkgs. Wrights® Jumbo Rainbow Rick Rack (#117-404-001)
2/3 yd. Wrights® Rainbow Double Pleated Trim (#183-1845-001)
1 pc. 12" x 18" Stiffened Felt or Construction Paper
-- Assorted Jewels and Buttons
Pattern
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Enlarge Pattern "B" (King's Crown) to size desired. Cut. Illustration
  2. Trace pattern onto felt. Align pattern, side by side with first tracing and trace again. (See illustration) You will have four points.
  3. Cut crown pattern from felt. Lay flat on working surface.
  4. Glue all rick rack to crown. (See photo)
  5. Bring straight edges of crown together. Glue one straight edge and overlap. Let dry.
  6. Decorate bottom edge of crown with trim. (See photo)
  7. Decorate with jewels or buttons.
  8. Enjoy!
