1. Flatten Styrofoam ball on one side and create a pumpkin shape (see illustration at right).
2. Glue end of middy braid to top (flat side) of pumpkin. Continue to glue middy braid around pumpkin until you reach top again. Cut and glue end.
3. Continue to glue strips of braid around ball, overlapping as you go.
4. Cut cord into 2" lengths. Do not tape ends.
5. Align and glue cord strips side by side to form flat piece (see illustration at right). Allow to dry thoroughly.
6. Roll and glue flat piece into a tube to form pumpkin stem.
7. Fray ends.
8. Glue one end of stem to top of pumpkin.
9. Draw pumpkin face on black felt and cut.
10. Glue felt pieces to pumpkin.
11. Enjoy!

1. Cut a 1" piece from end of cardboard tube.
2. Glue two rows of 1/2" middy braid around inside of tube to cover cardboard.
3. Glue woven edge of feather fringe around both ends of ring. Loops of fringe should point away from ring. Overlap and glue ends of trim. (See illustration on right).
4. Align and glue a second piece of fringe over the first piece on each end of ring.
5. Glue 1/2" copper middy braid over the edges of fringe to cover remainder of cardboard.
6. Tie a bow with 3/8" middy braid and glue to broom.
7. Glue broom to napkin ring to hide braid ends.
8. Enjoy!

1. Cut a 1" piece from end of cardboard tube for ring.
2. Glue two rows of middy braid around inside and outside of ring to cover cardboard.
3. Glue cord around outside edge of ring. (Hint: Tape ends of cord, and then cut, to prevent fraying.)
4. Transfer hat pattern to felt. Cut.
5. Glue ruffled ragged edge trim to hat (See photo). Wrap raw ends around to back of hat and glue.
6. Glue feather fringe over gathered edge of ruffle. Wrap raw ends around to back of hat and glue.
7. Glue hat to napkin ring.
8. Enjoy!

1. Starting at one corner, sew feather fringe on edge of napkin, loops facing out from napkin.
2. Continue sewing trim around entire edge of napkin.
3. Fold final end of trim under 1/4" at corner and sew.
4. Enjoy!

1. Glue sequin trim from one side of top edge of votive, around bottom of glass to other side, cut. Repeat for a total of eight stripes. (See photo)
2. Glue sequin trim around top edge of votive. Be sure to cover all ends of stripes. (See photo)
3. Glue a double row of ragged ruffle around bottom edge of votive. (See photo)
4. Enjoy!

1. Glue raw edges of star ruffle together to form a circle of trim.
2. Sew gathered edge of trim with needle and thread and pull up to fit bottom of jar.
3. Slip jar into trim ring, bottom down, and put on work surface.
4. Tie cord around trim and jar lip to gather ruffle. Tie cord into decorative bow. Knot off ends of cord and fray to create a tassel. (See photo)
