Here's the latest in our series of Instant Changeable wreaths. This one has turkeys on parade, along with pilgrim hats and "maize". All created easily from our patterns and felt!

MATERIALS (for pilgrim hat):
1 6" x 6" Brown stiffened felt
1 2" x 2" Yellow stiffened felt
1 Fabric Glue
1 Magnet
Pattern
INSTRUCTIONS (for pilgrim hat):
  1. Print out pattern. Cut pattern, transfer to felt and cut out pieces. Refer to photo for color.
  2. Glue buckle to hat.
  3. Glue magnet to back of hat.

MATERIALS (for harvest corn):
1 7" x 5" Green Stiffened Felt
1 7" x 3" Yellow Stiffened Felt
1 Fine Point Black Marker
1 Fabric Glue
1 set Magnet
Pattern
INSTRUCTIONS (for harvest corn):
  1. Print out pattern. Cut pattern, transfer to felt and cut out pieces. Refer to photo for color.
  2. Draw rows of kernels on cob of corn with marker.
  3. Glue corn leaves over corncob.
  4. Glue magnet to back of felt.

MATERIALS (for turkey):
12" Wrights® 3/8" Yellow Satin Ribbon (#223-721-546)
24" Wrights® 3/8" Orange Satin Ribbon (#223-121-058)
18" Wrights® 3/8" Red Satin Ribbon (#223-121-908)
1 3" x 4" Brown Stiffened Felt
1 2" x 1" Red Stiffened Felt
1 1" x 1" Yellow Stiffened Felt
1 set Google Eyes
1 set Orange Chenille Stem

-- Fabric Glue
1 set Magnet
Pattern
INSTRUCTIONS (for turkey):
  1. Print out pattern. Cut pattern, transfer to felt and cut out pieces. Refer to photo for color.
  2. Cut orange ribbon into eight 3" lengths.
  3. Fold ribbon to create feathers and staple to turkey tail.
  4. Continue to fold and staple ribbon until you have a row of tail feathers (see illustration 1).
  5. Cut the red satin ribbon into six 3" lengths. Fold ribbon and staple a row over the orange feathers (see illustration 2).
  6. Cut four 3" lengths of yellow satin ribbon. Fold and staple ends. Glue to back of turkey body (see photo).
  7. Cut chenille stem in half. Cut 1 1/2" from each half of stem. Fold short pieces in half and twist around the end of long piece to create feet (see illustration 3). Glue legs to back of turkey body.
  8. Glue beak and comb to turkey. Use photo as your guide.
  9. Glue magnet to back of felt.
  10. Enjoy!
