INSTRUCTIONS:
- Transfer hat pattern (see below) to felt and cut.
- Place a small amount of glue along one short end of felt strip.
- Overlap short ends of felt 1/8" and glue together to form a felt ring.
- Glue felt ring to felt circle to form hat. Set aside to dry.
- Make 1 pom pon with each size tool following directions enclosed with the pom pon maker, for a total of three pom pons. You may add a few extra strands of yarn to each pom pon for extra fullness. Set aside.
- Cut one piece of yarn 8" long and tie ends with a square knot. This is your snowman hanger.
- Glue knot of hanger into center of smallest pom pon.
- Stack pom pons, smallest to the largest, and glue in place (see photo). Be sure hanger on small pom pon is at top of snowman head.
- Cut a small hole in the bottom of the hat. Slide the hanger through the hole and glue hat to snowman head.
- For scarf, wrap and tie ribbon around snowman's neck.
- Using aquarium gravel, glue 2 eyes, 1 nose and buttons to snowman
(see photo).
- Glue twigs to snowman for arms (see photo).
