Here's a Roly Poly Santa made easily on a satin ball ornament with a few wooden pieces!

Body

1. Wrap ball with satin ribbon. Cross over each time near the top and bottom at the same point. (HINT: You may need to secure with a few pins to hold in place.)
2. Paint face flesh color. Let dry. Paint features on face (eyes, nose, etc.). Let dry. Paint mini shaker pegs ("arms") red. Paint doll stand black for boots. Let dry.
3. Put screw eyes into mini shaker pegs.

   Sleeves
   

4. Cut two 3" pieces of 1 1/2" red satin ribbon to make sleeves. Fray check cut ends and let dry. Gather at one edge. Attach gathered edge to peg arms. Adhere back seam together. Attach the two arms together with red thread that lets the arms hang free for 1/2" on each side. Adhere attaching thread to top of ball.

   Collar
   

5. Cut 12" of the 1 1/2" red satin ribbon. Fray check cut ends and let dry. Gather along one edge and form into circle. Glue to top of ball over arms to form collar.
6. Attach tree, snowflake and wreath to hand area of arms with monofilament thread.

   Head
   

7. Adhere wavy wool to face for beard and to head for hair. Adhere to top of collar area.
8. Adhere doll stand to bottom of Santa for boots.

   Hat
   

9. Cut a 5" piece of 1 1/2" red satin ribbon. Fray check cut ends and let dry. Gather at one edge. Adhere together at back seam. Cut 5" of 1/2" fur trim for around hat. Adhere. roll a very small piece and place in hole on top of hat. Adhere.
10. Cut remaining fur horizontally into a 1/4" strip and adhere down center front of Santa. Adhere 4" around feet area for a fur trim on the black boots.
