Kids can learn to crochet and make a pin to wear for the celebration of St. Patrick's Day - all in a short period of time. Some green yarn, a Boye Crochet Hook and our instructions are all it takes. Make one or make a few and use them as decorations at the dinner table. Everyone's a little Irish on this day!!

MATERIALS:
1 Boye® Aluminum Crochet Hook size K (#6218-K)
-- Green Yarn
1 Pin Back
-- Glue
INSTRUCTIONS:
    Wrights Crocheted Shamrock with gem
  • Chain 4, slip stitch through first chain to form a ring.
  • (Leaf 1): Chain 4, triple crochet three times in ring, chain 3, single crochet once through ring.
  • (Leaf 2): Chain 3, triple crochet three times in ring, chain 3, single crochet once through ring.
  • (Leaf 2): Chain 3, triple crochet three times in ring, chain 3, single crochet once through ring.
  • (Stem): Chain 6.
  • Pull yarn through final chain, knot off and trim excess yarn.
  • Knot off yarn at beginning of work and trim excess yarn.
  • Glue pin back to back of shamrock.
  • Enjoy!
