Finger Crochet Necklace and BraceletFinger Crochet Jewelry

Anyone can make these easy, nifty necklaces and bracelets and even a band for your baseball cap or any hat!

All you need is a little cord, some pony beads and your fingers. It's that simple. Finger crochet is like regular crochet without the hooks...so quick and easy, you'll want to trade colors with your best friends!
MATERIALS:
1 spl. Wrights® Cord of your choice 3/8" or smaller in diameter.
1 bag Assorted Color Plastic Beads
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Feed approximately 40 - 45 beads onto Chenille lace up cord.
  2. Wrap short end of cord around index finger twice (see illustration 1).
  3. Pull loop #1 over loop #2 and off finger (see illustration 2) - you now have one loop remaining on finger which becomes loop #1.
  4. Wrap one more loop of cord around finger creating a new loop #2 (see illustration 3).
  5. Pull loop #1 over new loop #2 and off finger. (Tighten beginning of braid forming first knot).
  6. Slip one bead up to braid (as far as it will go) and repeat steps 4 and 5.
  7. Continue to finger crochet cord, alternating with one bead on every other knot.
  8. Tie final knot at end of cord and trim excess.
  9. Enjoy!
