We're calling this decorated cup a plant starter, as it can work to actually start a plant from seeds and watch it grow. Or it can be used as a container to keep a small plant already started and on it's way. Whatever use you have for it, it is really fun to decorate and give to Mom or Grandma for Mother's Day.
