INSTRUCTIONS:
 - HAVE MOM OR DAD open up the hanger and untwist the neck. Then make a small hook on the twisted part to be used to loop around the neck as a closure (see illustration at right).
- Open up the entire package of Quilt Binding.
- Glue the long edges of binding together (neatly), creating a long tube.
- Insert the hanger into the "tube", turn the ends in, and glue it firmly to the hanger, covering the entire wire (do both the start and finish ends).
- Hang the holder in your closet, on the door knob, or on the drawer pulls. Hang your scrunchies, headbands, friendship bracelets, or necklaces, keeping them neat and handy!
