Body
With size 17 circular needle, cast on 68 (76:84) sts. Join; mark first st of rnd and move marker at beg of each following rnd.

Change to size 13 circular needle. Work in k 1, p 1 ribbing in rnds for 1 1/4".
Inc Rnd: (K 1, p 1) 6(7:8) times, * inc in next st (knit in front and back of same st), p 1; rep from * 3 times more, now starting with a k 1, work in k 1, p 1 ribbing on rem sts around -72(80:88) sts.

Change to size 17 circular needle, and work in stockinette st with 12 sts at center front in cable patt as follows:
Rnd 1: K 13(15:17), p 3, k 6, p 3, knit rem sts around.
Rnd 2: Rep Rnd 1.
Rnd 3: (cable twist rnd) K 13(15:17), p 3, slip next 3 sts onto cable needle and hold at back of work, k 3, then k 3 from cable needle, p 3, knit rem sts around.

Rep last 2 rows until 12( 13: 15) sts remain, ending with Row 2. Then work even, keeping sts in patt as set, until front measures 21(21-1/2:22)" from cast-on edge, ending with a wrong-side row.

Shape Shoulder: Keeping patt correct, bind off 6(7:8) sts at beg of next row.
Work 1 row. Bind off rem 6(6:7) sts.

Right Front Neck Shaping
With right side facing you, return to sts still on needle, rejoin yarn and work back and forth in rows as follows:
Row 1 (right side): K 3, p 3, k 13(15:17), turn (leaving rem sts on needle unworked).
Row 2: Purl to last 6 sts, k 3, p 3.
Row 3 (dec row): K 3, p 3, slip 1 as to knit, k 1, psso, knit rem sts.
Rep last 2 rows until 12(13:15) sts remain, ending with Row 2. Then work even, keeping sts in patt as set, until front measures same as left front to shoulder shaping, ending with a right-side row.

Shape Shoulder: Same as left front shoulder shaping.

Back Shaping With right side facing you, return to rem 34 (38:42) sts still on needle, rejoin yarn, and starting with a knit row, work back and forth in rows in stockinette st until back measures same as fronts to shoulder shaping, ending with a purl row.

Shape Shoulders: Continuing in stockinette st, bind off 6(7:8) sts at beg of next 2 rows, and 6(6:7) sts at beg of next 2 rows. Bind off rem 10(12:12) sts for back of neck.
