 Applying Rick Rack
Rick Rack, perhaps the boldest of trims, comes in three sizes, many color coordinated. Medium Rick Rack is a good size for dresses, aprons and most clothing needs whether inserted in a seam or sewn flat on top. Pin rick rack to seam line so that half of it is on the outside of the seam line and half of it is inside the seam line. Baste rick rack in place, stitching on the seam line.
Turn fabric over so that wrong side is up. Pin to second piece of fabric, right sides together and matching seam lines. Sew together on stitching line.
