INSTRUCTIONS:
 - Enlarge pattern A 200%. Cut.
- Lay fabric on work surface, pin pattern to fabric and cut.
- Remove pattern and lay fabric on work surface, wrong side up.
- Hem short end of fabric by rolling edge 1/4", twice (see illus 1) .
- Turn fabric over to right side and lay flat on work surface. Begin to glue Feather Fringe to outer edge of fabric at letter A, leaving a 1/2 inch overhang (See illus. 2).
- Continue to glue Feather Fringe to letter B. Cut excess trim leaving a 1/2 inch overhang.
- Glue trim overhangs to the wrong side of fabric. Let dry completely.
- Turn fabric over so that wrong side of fabric is up.
- Fold fabric, wrong sides together, to create an envelope (See illus. 3). Glue side seams.
- Glue garland over woven edge of loop trim on each side of envelope (See photo).
- Glue fasteners to envelope at letter C and D (See illus. 3).
- Glue tassels and extra roses to point of envelope to hide fasteners (see photo).
(Note: This project may also be sewn).
