The older, thicker cables are no longer available. The current cables are thinner nylon. You can use the newer cables with the older needle points but this requires an adapter. You cannot use the older cables with the newer needles. If you want to use the newer needle points, you will need to purchase the current cables.

Also, we want to mention that our most recent modification was to reduce the inner diameter of the points. This eliminates the point-to-point adapter. We have had good success with this but thought it best to inform you that our current style points will only work on our current style cables. The adapter would be useless in this situation. You can use your older points with our newer cables however, by using adapters.
