A stiff material, either woven or non woven, used mostly sewn to the top of drapes and window treatments as a header to give it body.

Available from Wrights^® in a 3 inch and 4 inch width. It is an important part of an Interior Designers sewing tools, as it is then hand pleated for draping purposes.
