- Cotton Filler cord
- A washable, 100% "fluffy" cord, which is used to make your own custom piping for pillows, upholstery, and apparel.

- Drapery Cord
- This small-diameter braided polyester or nylon cord is used for the threading of decorative shades (Roman, Austrian, or Balloon), and is exceptionally strong.

- Cable Cord
- Called "cable" to refer to its appearance. Plies of polyester are twisted together to form the cord. This is also used to make your own custom piping for pillows, upholstery, apparel, and for drawstrings in casings.

- Regular Pleater Tape
- A decorator tape used with pleater hooks to create pinch pleats. Regular pleater tape has pockets woven every 1-3/8".

- Multi-Pleater Tape
- A decorator tape used with pleater hooks to create pinch pleats. Multi-pleater tape has pockets woven every 1/2". This allows you to adjust the depth and spacing of your pleats to a greater degree than with regular pleater tape.

- Roman Shade Ring Tape
- Twill tape with pre-spaced plastic rings sewn to tape. This tape is sewn to back of shade, between the top and bottom edges of the shade, and cord is threaded through the rings, causing shade to pleat itself as it is pulled up (open).

- Twill Tape
- Exceptionally strong tape with diagonal pattern. Used for casings, ties, drawstrings, shade tapes, and decorative trims. Available in a variety of colors and widths.

- Snap Tape
- Is created from two pieces of twill tape, with snaps pre-attached. Common home decorating use is for attaching one half to a mounting board when installing decorative shades (Roman, Austrian, or Balloon), applying the remaining half to the shade. Other uses include envelope closures on pillows, duvets, and apparel.

- Shirring Tape
- Woven tape with one, two, or four heavy cords woven into the tape. This tape is sewn FLAT to the fabric. The cords gather the fabric automatically when pulled.

- Jute Webbing
- A narrow woven tape made of jute, a fiber grown mainly in India. Used mostly in upholstery projects to give a firm, but comfortable, base to springs, and padding. Also used to bind carpets.

- "L" Brackets
- Called such because of their "L" shape. These come in various sizes. Common home decorating use is to attach a mounting board to the wall or window frame when installing decorative shades (Roman, Austrian, or Balloon shades) or valances.

- Cord Cleats
- A double-ended hook that is installed outside the window frame. Use to secure the draw cords when a decorative shade is pulled up (open).

- Pin-On Hooks
- Available in various sizes. Can be used with all types of draperies with pleated headings. Named for the sharp end that allows you to pin it on a drapery header. Once the pin end is secured, the hook end can be inserted into carriers/slides of traverse rods, over a small rod, or into the carrier ring of pole rings. These hooks can be inserted at any height on the header. The larger the hook, the heavier and longer the drapery.

- Wall-Pleater Hooks
- These are used ONLY with 3-7/8" regular pleater tape/multi-pleater tape and form 3-prong pleats. A wall hook is used for a wall-mounted rod, where the fabric of the drapery must cover the rod, and the rod is hung just above the window.

- Drapery Weights
- Available in various sizes. Drapery weights are used at the bottom corners of panel hems to help drapery hang evenly and not "float' outwards away from window. Some styles include tabs to enable them to be sewn into hem and others are vinyl covered for ease in laundering.
